Dylan-Bargas's News

Recently I met a voice actor who is interested in the lead role, and has said that he contacted a few animators if one of them are interested in helping too. So we might be seeing something pick up for this show pretty soon, or maybe by next year. Now this voice actor will most likely get the lead role, and he has truly remarkable talent. Although, I think he doesn't mind if I mention his name, but nothing is happening with this webseries so far, so I will wait to announce the actor until further notice. That is all I want to bring up for today. This has been really exciting for myself, as well for the voice actor who's helping out with this project.

Now we still need help from those of you out there who might be really good at animating, voice acting, or writing screenplays. I will be writing from here to there, but if we want to make this an ongoing series, then we need all the best writers out there to bring these episodes to life, along with fantastic voice actors. So far we only got 3 voice actors who are interested in this show, including myself (I just might voice some bystanders, that's all), and another friend of mine who expressed his interest on my YouTube video. And we need any professional animator who's willing to work for free. The expression I want when I first see the animation is this, "Damn, this should be on TV!"

So if you're willing to help, leave a comment below, or contact me. I would appreciate all the help I can get for this! Thank you! And make sure to check back here, or at our Spider-Man 2099 Animated Series official Yahoo Group to stay tune for the upcoming news of this show!

Sincerely,
Dylan C. Bargas

Hello everyone, and as you already read, we need flash animators (or maybe just one) from this site to help my friend Rodimus and I on a little project based on the "Spider-Man 2099" comic book series. We have a Yahoo! Group for more information and for more updates too. And also a webpage that will have information on it as we go along the process of this project. We need really professional animators, and if you still want to help you can try the writing position. Don't worry, if you don't know the characters and the enviroment of this, that's why we have a group site for that so you can learn everything from us. We're willing to help out anyway we can and also to make sure we get it done right. Click on the following links for more info. If you're interested in joining us, leave a comment, or join the group site and talk with us about it. We'll appreciate all the can we can get for this thing. Thanks for taking your time to read this and I hope you can stick around for more info!

I would like to announce StupidBoyzStudios and Sunny Productions new movie "The Risen", starrring me as Electron, and Cody Ayola as Blaze. When Electron is threaten by an unknown villain, he has to put a stop to him. When good vs. evil, who will 'rise' and become the true hero?

Right now this film is in the progress of writing the script down. We were filming some satisfying scenes, but Sean wants to re-shoot some shots, and be more prepared for them too. He and I agreed on this, and hopefully we will start shooting again this summer, or sooner. Hopefully it turns out well. Have faith in us, and wait for more news!

For more information on this film click on the link below.

Hey everyone, I interviewed one of the coolest actors in the movie making industry; Doug Jones! Y'know, the guy who played as Abe Sapien in both Hellboy movies, was the Silver Surfer in the Fantastic Four sequel, and Billy Butcherson (the zombie) in Hocus Pocus? Yeah, him. And here's the interview I had with him. Make sure you comment and rate, thanks!

Check out my new video of my friends and I messing around with my digital camera. I play as the Joker, Cody (one with glasses) is Mercenary #1 and my best friend Nick (one with long hair) plays as Mercenary #2, and my other friend Ryan is the camera man/journalist. We were bored on Halloween night, so we made this out of boredom. Enjoy!

New Video: JOKER'S NIGHT

Posted by Dylan-Bargas - August 5th, 2008

I've seen this movie the day after it's release in theaters in the US. I have to say that it's one of the best movie ever. Though like many others would say that it's as good as Godfather. I can't really say since I've never seen that movie and probably never will. But the most thing that caught my attention the most is Heath Ledger's performance as the menacing Joker. I have to admit, Joker is one of my favorite comic book villains of all time, and Ledger nailed it. Sadly he's not here to see how big of a success this became, but I bet he would be appreciable about his accomplishment. Though I came to found out that Ledger was in two other movies that I really like ("10 Things I Hate About You" and "The Brothers Grimm"). I never knew the actor's name in both films until I realize it after seeing "The Dark Knight". Yeah, I felt stupid, but can't help it if I have bad memory sometimes.

Though enough of Ledger's excellent work in this movie. There was other things in this movie that I really loved. Two-Face was awesome. Especially the actor, Aaron Eckhart, was really great for the role. It was like he was born to play as Two-Face (Same for Ledger as the Joker). I actually thought Two-Face would be a cliffhanger to the third movie. I guess not. It was a great ending for the movie to end it as Harvey the hero and Batman on the run from the law for the choice he made (I hope that made sense). Brilliant. Just pure brilliant.

Commissioner Gordon, as always, is my favorite supporting character from the Batman comics. Gary Oldman was great for the role, and just because I never like the guy who portrayed Gordon from the Burton/Schumacher movies (Blah! He was a good actor but I didn't see him as James Gordon). And I actually thought Gordon was killed, but he came back and shows Joker who's boss.

Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, sticking true to the comics perfectly and the character was explore excellently too. And Freeman is a very talented guy and did a really great job at his role.

Maggie Gyllenhaal was better then Katie Holmes. I don't care what you are all complaining about, Maggie is great for the role. Just I wish Rachel's death came unexpected (Internet sucks sometimes, that's all I can say).

Sir Michael Caine from my favorite movies he starred ("Dirty Rotten Scoundrels", "Austin Powers in Goldmember", "Batman Begins", and of course "The Dark Knight") is a great talent as well. He serves us was a really good performance of Alfred (Michael Gough is still my favorite portrayal of Alfred from the original Batman series).

Last but not least, the main character, our favorite Dark Knight caped crusader, BATMAN! He's also known as Christian Bale. All I have to say about what he did for this movie is...well, what can I say? He is the Batman, he was perfect with the role from start to finish.

I like to say that Heath Ledger wasn't certainly playing the Joker. He IS the Joker. I know a lot of you say that, but it's the truth.

So overall the characters, actors, plot, and director did a great job. Nicely done.

So hopefully I will see this movie in theaters again. It was the greatest movie experience in my life as a filmmaker, and forever will be remembered. I just wish my cousin and her boyfriend wasn't there making out. Only kidding though. I wasn't anywhere near them while watching the movie. :P I rate "The Dark Knight", 10 out of 10 stars!

P.S. Go see it! If you already seen it, then go see it again! It's great seeing it the 2nd time, or 3rd time for that matter!

My "Dark Knight" Review: Ledger is Without a Doubt Best 'Joker' There is...
